Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with KARLIE! We hope your item(s) worked out perfectly. If you are not satisfied with your item(s) you can return them for KARLIE store credit. Please review our return policies carefully and contact us with any questions.
- KARLIE only offers ONLINE CREDIT for returns.
- All returns must be received by the KARLIE Returns Department within 14 days of the date you receive your item(s).
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt or cannot be returned.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, un-altered and smoke-free.
- Original tags MUST be attached. Items MUST also be in original packaging.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains will be shipping back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- FINAL FEW items and JEWELRY are final sale and cannot be returned. These items will not be accepted if returned.
- Any item on ANY type of SALE cannot be returned. This includes flash sales, promotional sales, and final few items.
- The KARLIE Returns Department reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and make changes to this policy without notice.
- Customers are responsible for shipping returns back at their own expense. We suggest using a service that provides a tracking number.
- KARLIE does NOT refund original shipping charges.
- KARLIE is NOT responsible for returned items that are lost on their journey back to us.

Returns are usually processed within 7 days once we receive your item(s) back. We will send you an email confirmation once your Online Credit has been issued.
If your item(s) do not meet the above requirements, please do not request to return them. They will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
